TrainsRadar.com (hereinafter, «the Service») is an experimental, unofficial and purely informational project that aggregates, processes and displays public positioning and railway timetable data from multiple open sources.

The Service is NOT provided, endorsed, sponsored or affiliated with any railway company, transport operator or public body. The trademarks and trade names of the railway operators mentioned belong to their respective owners.

By accessing and using this website, the user fully accepts these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of them, you should refrain from using the Service.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided «AS IS» and «AS AVAILABLE», without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including, without limitation, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness or availability.

In particular, we do NOT warrant:

• The accuracy, precision or truthfulness of the positions, delays, schedules or any other data displayed.
• Continuous and uninterrupted availability of the Service.
• That the Service is free of errors, bugs, viruses or harmful components.
• The currency of the data — the information may be outdated, incomplete or incorrect at any time.
• The correspondence between the data displayed and the actual railway traffic situation.

The data comes from third-party public sources that may modify, interrupt or discontinue their services without prior notice. TrainsRadar has no control over such sources and cannot guarantee their reliability.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Doomos Real Estate S.L.U. and its directors, employees, collaborators and representatives shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service.

The trademarks, names and logos of railway operators belong to their respective owners. Their use on this site is purely referential and informational and does not imply affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement by said owners.
